· Proactive identification of potential points of failure – both technical and human, implementation of strategic initiatives to continuously improve platform and enterprise availability (SLA/OLA) and performance.

· Reduction of both incidents and response times through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) based monitoring and alerting; increased staff engagement through intuitive system/process monitoring dashboards using enhanced telemetry and data analytics.

· Champion of lifecycle and process improvement to increase deployment velocity and reduce customer impact through A/B testing, canary deployments, orchestration and non-service impacting roll-backs.

· Implementation of ITIL, SAFe/Agile/Lean practices and ITSM systems including CMDB.

Project Management

· Contracts and proposals; program and portfolio management; administration of globally distributed teams; technical investment & cost controls; comprehensive analyses to identify cost-effective cloud migration opportunities. Proficient working with multiple project management methodologies including SAFe, Agile, Kanban and waterfall.
